How to Shop Online?

It’s easy to complete your purchase on Kiddit, using our secure payment system. After you’ve selected the products and added them to your cart, simply complete your order by clicking the ‘Checkout’ link in your shopping basket. You can also complete your order by clicking through to any of your chosen products on the product detail page and selecting ‘Checkout’ from there. If you need to adjust quantities or delete an item, go to your shopping cart and alter the number under ‘Quantity’. After you’ve done this, click the ‘Refresh’ key and your cart will automatically update.

How Do I Checkout?

Once you’ve made your selections and are ready to proceed to payment, simply select the ‘Checkout’ button in your shopping cart. You’ll then be taken through to a page, guiding you through the payment process. If you’re already registered with Kiddit, you’ll be able to sign in using your email address and password. If you haven’t yet signed up for an account, you’ll need to follow the simple steps to get set up on the site, and you’ll then be taken to the checkout page.

You’ll be asked to provide your billing and delivery details, in order for us to invoice and mail out your items. After this, you’ll be asked to select a delivery method, and you’ll then be asked to select the preferred method of payment (credit card/debit card or Paypal). Once you have done this you’ll need to confirm and review your order.

If you find something is incorrect, it’s easy to go back through the checkout process to rectify the mistake. Once you’re happy that everything is correct, select ‘Confirm Order’, which will then take you through to our secure payment system. Kiddit accepts either Credit / Debit Card payment (via Authorize.net) or Paypal.

Please note that, based on the nature of our relationship with our vendors, the products sold on Kiddit are intended solely for personal use. They are not suitable for resale. If Kiddit suspects that you are purchasing for the purposes of resale, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payments: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal. We take your security very seriously, which is why we protect your payment via SSL(Secure Sockets Layer), which means any sensitive information you send via our site is automatically encrypted.

You’ll be asked to enter your payment details when you place your order. However, we do not actually process your payment until we’ve confirmed the availability of your items. Your credit / debit card will be charged prior to the shipping of your order. All prices and payments are in US dollars.

We protect all your private information using SSL technology, which ensures that all sensitive information you provide is fully encrypted and protected. This means that no-one else can access the information you provide us.

If the name and address you provide for billing doesn’t match the one that is registered with the financial institution that issued you with your payment card, or if for some reason, they do not authorize the payment, we will withhold processing your order, or cancel it without notification. For security reasons, we do not accept credit card details that are sent over by email.

We also regret to inform that we do not accept:

  • COD’s
  • Recurring payments (unavailable)
  • Personal Checks

We only accept payment online, and orders cannot be made over the phone, by post, via email or by fax.

Order Status

If you need to check the status of your Kiddit order at any point, simply log in to your account. From here, you’ll be able to view your order history and also the status of your current order. Your order consists of three stages:

  • Pending - Your order and payment are currently being processed.
  • Processing - Your items are being selected and packaged for delivery.
  • Shipped - Your items have been sent out. Orders normally take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive after successful payment processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email alerting you to the fact that your order is on its way.

Item Availability

The availability of any of our items are clearly marked on our site, under the details of the product. Kiddit make every effort to maintain sufficient stock of all the items listed on the site. However, occasionally we may sell out of a certain item. If this happens, we’ll let you know by email as soon as the item is back in stock. Any changes due to stock shortage will show on your order total and will also appear on your shipping confirmation email.

Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship your order to multiple locations. At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

How Can I Track My Order?

You can track the status of your order at any point by logging into your Kiddit account and selecting ‘Order History’. You’ll also receive confirmation once your order has been fully processed and a shipping confirmation once it’s been sent out for delivery.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states in the US. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses. Once you’ve completed the order, we aim to complete processing within 24 to 48 hours. The vast majority of our orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after completion of processing. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please allow a little longer for delivery. If your order features an item that is currently out of stock or if we require extra information for credit verification, we’ll get in touch via email. We do offer an express shipping service, which is available at an extra fee. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to a faster service, please contact customer service for more details.

We will contact you via your email in the event the product you ordered is on backorder and will be delayed. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the backordered product becomes available and we will notify you when it will be ready to be shipped out. If you have other items on your order that are not on backorder we may ship items separately from the backordered product.

We cannot be held responsible for any unexpected delays such as shipper related delays, manufacturer shipper related delays or incorrect information provided during checkout that is likely to cause a delay in delivery. Once we are aware of any delays, we will notify you by email immediately.

Kiddit offers free shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more. Qualifying orders are ones that are shipped via the respective ground shipping services within the 48 Contiguous U.S. states. Orders with large or heavy items do not qualify for free shipping and will incur additional shipping charges. Additional shipping charges may apply for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

All shipping charges cover both delivery and handling. Certain heavy or oversized items on our site do incur an extra shipping charge, which is added to your regular shipping costs. To read about our Shipping Policy, please click here.

Your order will arrive on a business day (Monday to Friday). We don’t currently offer deliveries that arrive on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If your shipping address is different to your billing address, this may delay your order.

Heavy or Bulky Items

Some of the items on Kiddit are heavy, bulky or oversized and as a result, are shipped via our delivery partners. These larger orders can take up to 12 business days to arrive.

Additional shipping and handling charges may apply for heavy or bulky items. If an item does incur this additional charge, it will be stated clearly on the product page on our site. It will also be shown clearly at checkout and in your shopping cart, ensuring that you know exactly how much you’ll be required to pay. Orders with heavy or bulky items do not qualify for free shipping, however, will incur additional shipping charges.

We regret that we are unable to provide express delivery to Alaska or Hawaii addresses for heavy, bulky or oversized items.

Can I Make Changes or Cancel My Order After it has been Placed?

Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to cancel or amend your order.

International Shipping

We are currently unable to accept orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States. However, we are in the process of expanding our services to include delivery overseas and we’ll announce it via the site when this service is offered.

Price and/or Description Changes

All the prices, product descriptions and photos featured on this website are subject to change at any point. While we try hard to ensure all are accurate, we accept no responsibility for accidental errors or omissions.

When you place an order with Kiddit, you then agree to accept the price and terms listed on this site. The availability of items, details of prices and delivery rates are subject to change without any prior notification. We make every effort to ensure we present accurate information on our site, and make it a priority to correct any omissions or errors promptly.

Thanks to our partnership with Authorize.net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, you can shop on our site with complete confidence. The Authorize.net payment gateway manages all your sensitive information while processing your credit card, and adheres to strict industry security standards. This includes:

Our site is fully verified and tested by McAfee Secure on a daily basis. McAfee Secure checks our site comprehensively for evidence of phishing, links to dangerous sites and other online threat, ensuring that we remain safe and secure for our customers.

We also use Paypal to securely process your card payments.

Gift Registry

If you’d like to create a gift registry for your child, it’s really easy to do so. Simply register on our site and let your family and friends add products to the list that inspire your child to play, dream and grow.

Shipping from Partner Locations

To provide you with a wide range of shopping options, we’ve teamed up with a variety of leading manufacturers, who have products featured on our site. These products, when purchased via Kiddit, are shipped directly from the partner locations. In the case of these items, please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing, and another 3 to 5 business days for shipment.

Items are shipped via UPS, USPS or Fed Ex, depending on the manufacturer in question. When your item has been sent out for delivery, we’ll let you know via email, providing you with details of the shipment. Please be aware that we cannot gift wrap items from partner manufacturers.

Coupons

If you have a Kiddit coupon or promo code you can apply this at the shopping cart page, select ‘Use Coupon Code’, enter your coupon code in the box provided and press ‘Apply Coupon’. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax. All coupon codes have an expiration date, and if that date has passed, it is no longer valid. Please check the original email sent to you for the valid dates, or contact Customer Service to clarify the details for you.

Gift Certificates

A gift Certificate is the perfect gift to give for any occasion, especially when you do not know what toys to buy for that special child! It is a great gift for birthdays, holidays, baby shower or any day.

To purchase a Gift Certificate you go to the Gift Certificate Link at the bottom of the page. You can pay for them using the store standard payment method. It is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Gift Certificates are non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

Gift Certificates can be redeemed against all products on the Kiddit site. You just need to enter the gift certificate code in the box appearing at the shopping cart page. Sales tax and shipping charges may apply on any products purchased with a Gift Certificate and this will appear in the shopping cart and during checkout. If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Certificate, the remaining balance will remain on the Gift Certificate for use on a future order. To check the remaining balance, please click on “Order History”. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate the remaining balance must be paid by any of the payment methods available on the Kiddit website. The Gift Certificate will be emailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and the payment has been finalized.

Wish List

If you’d like to create a Wish List on Kiddit, you can do so via your account. Once you’re logged in, you can add any product to the Wish List, simply by clicking on the ‘Add to Wish List’ button on the product page.

You can share your Wish List with family and friends, which will help them to select the perfect gift for your child. To create a Wish List, simply:

  1. Add your products to the Wish List
  2. Click on your ‘Wish List’ via the link on the top right-hand side of any page. Login to your account and view your ‘Wish List’.
  3. You can purchase any of the items in the Wish List by clicking on to the ‘Add to Cart’ basket under the ‘Action’ column and selecting the ‘Shopping Cart’ link to proceed to checkout.

Managing your Account

Creating an account at Kiddit offers a number of advantages. After setting up an account, you can log on at any time to recall the information provided at the initial set-up, which makes all future checkouts a lot quicker and easier. You can update account information and add shipping addresses at any time.

When you are in your account, you can view your order history, the details of any current transactions and view items that you’ve saved in your shopping cart. You can also create and view a Wish List. Creating an account makes it easier to search, shop and order on Kiddit.

How is Sales Tax Calculated?

Kiddit may be required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: Alabama, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia and Wisconsin.

All applicable state and local sales taxes will be added to your total order and to your shipping charge where appropriate on your order billing page.
