These products when purchased on our site, are shipped directly from the partner locations. The length of time it will take to arrive depends on the production time of the designer. In the case of these items, please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing, and another 3 to 5 business days for shipment. If the shipping time is longer than the average 7 days we will notify you by email without delay. Please expect to add 2 to 3 days for holiday orders. Some products will be charged an extra shipping surcharge. If your order features an item that is currently out of stock or if we require extra information for credit verification, we'll get in touch via email. Your order will arrive on a business day (Monday to Friday).
Shipping And Handling Charges
Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the order total and applied for each delivery address on an order within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii will incur a surcharge in addition to the standard rate listed below. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply to some items due to the size and weight.

Additional Shipping And Handling Charges
Some of the items on Kiddit are oversized or overweight and require special shipping considerations. These oversized or overweight orders can take up to 12 business days to arrive.
Oversized and overweight items may incur additional shipping and handling charges. Should this be the case, it will be stated on the product page. It will also be shown in the shopping cart and at checkout in addition to the standard shipping and handling charges.
Kiddit offers free shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more. A qualifying order is one where it is shipped via one of the ground shipping services within the 48 contiguous states. Orders with large, heavy and oversized items, do not qualify for free shipping and will incur additional shipping and handling charges.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Some brands such as Guidecraft, Hape Toys, Kidkraft, Miniland Educational, P'kolino and Strider Bikes cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. For those orders that are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, while most orders arrive in a timely manner about 5 to 7 business days, occassionally shipments may take 14 to 21 days. If you haven't received your order within 14 business days, please contact our customer service.
A surcharge, in addition to the standard shipping and handling charges, may apply for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipping excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited shipping is only available for orders shipped within the 48 Contiguous states. Please contact customer service if you would like an expedited shipping quote for Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship the contents of your order to multiple locations. If you are purchasing several items to be shipped to different addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each different shipping address. Rush Services
